Debina Bonnerjee Opens Up About Body Color Change During Pregnancy: 'It's Kinda Weird'

 Dipina Bonerjee welcomed her second child with actress husband Gurmit Chaudhary on Friday. The couple shared an adorable photo on Instagram announcing the birth of their daughter and wrote: "Welcome our baby girl to the world. We are so happy to be parents again but after our baby arrives at this moment we are a little thankful of privacy. . The world is moving faster than expected.  The day before her birth, Dibina posted a video on her YouTube channel where she posted the video about the body discoloration she experienced during her second pregnancy. “I feel the color change in my body. revealed 

 The actress-blogger added that she has discoloration on her armpits, buttocks and neck. "It might sound a little strange, but I think it will change over time. Over time," says Debina.

 When Does It Fade? According to experts, many women (about 70%) suffer from postpartum melasma, which disappears three months after giving birth. "Most dark spots, fine lines and blemishes start to fade after delivery. But some remain," says Dr Sethi. 

 How to prevent and treat skin discoloration during pregnancy? 

The experts at  recommend keeping the following tips in mind. 

 * Protect your skin. 

 * Get enough folic acid. 

 * Avoid hot showers and put a cool wet towel on your face regularly. 

 * If you suffer from melasma, use a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. 

 * Adequate consumption of vegetables and fruits provides antioxidants that prevent discoloration. 

 * Other measures include good nutrition, adequate hydration and moderate exercise to prevent excessive weight gain during pregnancy.
